In one of the company wide action to improve our vital quality and reliability, we have been having 'morning assembly' to speak out with one voice 'Strive for best' (Yaruzo call) everyday and to inspire ourselves to go.We are continuing this activity since 2006.

Employees of Yamaguchi-Seiki are very conscious on the issue ,and have been suggesting Kaizen idea for solutions.
