By introducing "Time Designation system" per process, the team can manage the time limit and their output by visual control method and can assure the quality.

Program Management Dept. takes charges of production plan and timeline on the molds to assure quality and delivery for the clients. The department is responsible for managing all plan on mold production and design changes, by controling detailed timeline per mold, machine and designer and engineer in charge.
The department visualize the managing progress in real time per machine and operator and review quickly the difference between plan and actual. Purchasing section will manage the timeline and in house manufactturing ratio as well as the associated budget per mold. Thus, the department is so called ‘command center of the company operations’.
