Policy on Quality

This policy is set for making molds for satisfing customer requirements on Quality , Cost and Delivery.

1. Developing the Kaizen activity based on “Genchi-Genbutsu”.
2. Change the company proactively to propose customers.
3. Achieve the zero-defect not to flow to the latter by self-checking within each process.

Based on the company policies, each department and seciton will prioritize and control their implementation plan and will target the number one position in the Mold Industry through the satisfaction with customer requirements.

All people related Yamaguchi-Seiki have to comply the followings during the work;

1. Achieve customer satisfaction by reaizing the surrounding conditions of Mold industry at first, then by proactively carry out the work at every stages with an energetic way.
2. Develop human resources and strive work effectivenss under the responsibility and authority from General Managers, Managers and Group leaders.
3. Set a measurable each target, and improve technology , skill and then productivity by challenging the target in a courageous way.
4. Yamaguchi-Seiki will continuously strive to improve based on the quality policy.

Each employee promote prioritized plan at each department in showing the above steps.
