Engineering Sales Dept. doubles as sales business and quality assurance activity , then continuous support per customer has been managed from accepting order to deivery control .
We will continue digging the issue for improvement and formulate innovative solutions to improve molds in order to have clients recognize as “satisfied all support from Yamaguchi-Seiki , you are the best mold maker in the industry.”

The main function of Engineering Sales Dept.
(1)Allow us quick and detailed response to customer by integrating sales business and quality assurance.
(2) Hold a weekly meeting for quality assualance with the idea”not to cause and deliver defect” as named ‘Self-checked process’ ,
(3) Enhance corpolate capabilities by assessing the environment surrounded us and get superior customer evaluation on Q,C,D.
