Engineering Dept. (CAD Section / CAM Section)
CAD section takes charge of designing mold based on Automotive parts design data customer designed.
CAM section creates numerical control (NC)data for machining.
First Production Dept. (NC machining Section /EDM･Wire-EDM Section)
The department makes component for mold by milling finest steel materials based on CAM-data and design-drawings.
Second Production Dept. (Finishing Section)
Mold parts machined are precisely finished and assembled at Second Production Dept.
and redy for delivery to customers.
General Management Dept. (General Management Section・Accounting Section)
General Management Dept. is responsible for financial work on incomings and outgoings, and associated matters.
Transportation Dept.
Five experienced members of the team deliver and withdraw all the molds on the principle of safety first.
We have 4 trailer trucks ranging 8 to 30 tonnage, three trucks ranging 13 , 11 and 4.5 tonnage.
