Speak out "Yaruzo call" in full participation to motivate

Since March 2006, as one of the company wide action to improve our vital quality and reliability, we have been having ‘morning assembly’ to speak out with one voice ‘Strive for best’ (Yaruzo call) everyday and to motivate ourselves to go. At the beginning, only the managers did but the action have been spreading to the company wide to activate and motivate all .
In actual, on every morning meeting, we shout the phrase in Japanese ” I will do today! I will do,I will do , I will do. I will do until I get results.” in one voice like cheering team .

The real aim of Yaruzo call is not to speak out loudly. It is to motivate ourselves that is the target to work efficiently, to talk clearly, and to work everything with purpose. Now, the aim and intention have been permeating through the company. In fact, everybody greets and says hello spontaniously to customers at the first chance,all of which create the positive workplace environment and culture.

Every year, selected team of every department show their motivation at ellimination touｒnament.　This is a competition to speak out the ‘Yaruzo call’ by each match-up team . Referees judge team’s expression on strength of the voice , voice in unison and a difference in motivation level.
